Undeliverable - Returned Orders: ELICINA USA takes every provision to ship your order to the shipping address provided. We check every label for completeness and accuracy. Nevertheless, if a parcel is return to our office as undeliverable due to customer error, a second shipping charge will be paid before re-delivery.
Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations without penalties within 24 hours of order reception or before such order is shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Orders cancelled after shipment takes place are subject to a restocking fee equal to 30% the order's total, plus return shipment fees.
Minors: ELICINA USA does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us.
